What makes a Perfect Steak?

Marbling -

You can see consistent, fine marbling throughout our steaks. This marbling, along with perfect aging, is what separates an ordinary steak from a perfect steak.

Aging -

The next step to creating the perfect steak is to age the beef to increase the tenderness and bring out the flavour of each cut. All our beef is aged just the right amount of time depending upon the requirements of the specific cut. For example New York Strips and Boneless Ribeye Steaks are aged for 35 days and the Bone-In Ribeye is aged for 21 days.

Stayed tuned for more information on what we do to ensure you a great steak, delivered right to your door.

Hello, fellow steak lovers....

There is nothing better than a tender steak grilled over hot charcoal, then topped with a mushroom, pearl onion saute, or spicy blue cheese sauce. Man oh Man what a taste of heaven it is!! But you know what really blows me away...I ordered the Filets from you huys at the Perfect Steak and i did nothing more than salt and pepper the filet...(and I will spread the word for you guys)...it was the best damn piece of meat my palette ever came across!! Seriously...not to toot your horn, but I savoured a fantastic bottle of Barberesco (2000) with the Filet and I really thought there wasn't anything better than an orgasm in life until that day!!

You guys should do incredible with your line-up! I found your cuts, your delivery and presentation as a whole quite professional or simply PERFECT!!

Thanks soo much for your being and for finally show the steak lovers the REAL DEAL!!!

Awesome!

A new dedicated Fan, I am!!!

I was watching the bbq-naz character on City Tv on Sunday, and he was mentioning a recipe on your site for the steak he was grilling - a rosemary and garlic marinade/topping...I could not find it on your recipe list. Can you direct me through this??

Second, How long does it take to get the steak to my home (living in downtown T.O.) from the initial order point?

You say you hope you answered everyones questions but you didnt answer:

1) Breed of cattle (although somewhere on the site it does state Angus)

2) Specific grading of meat

3) Is it Canadian (should be part of answer #2)

Thank You
